Snowkiter and Tug Hill, NY pioneer Jan Brabant TI of Adventures reported some amazing early season conditions at Tug Hill in upstate New York with a late October storm dumping over 28″ of snow on the rolling hills and fields of Tug Hill. This developing snowkite area is especially scenic and unique because of the wind turbines that generate clean electricity from the abundent wind in the area.
