Cortina Snowkite Contest – Italy
Overview:
A multi-discipline snowkiting event on Passo Giau with Dog Sledding, Snowmobiles, Speedriding and Freestyle snowboard demo.
Details:
Friday March 13th 2009 will be the kick off day for this years event. In the morning will have our racers meeting by 10:00. Providing the wind is co-operating with us. The first race heat will be run 15 min. after the race meeting ends. However all the competitions will be continue on Saturday and Sunday..
Friday night we will be having a meet and great and late sign up time at the Passo Giau Hotel.
Saturday March 14th 2009 we will be finishing up late registrants by 0930 and will have our racers meeting by 10:00 in order to complete all races.Sunday March 14th 2009 we will have comps./ free rides until 5:00 pm and then will finish up with dinner at one of the local bars/ restaurants.Saturday night we will be holding the awards ceremony and raffles in Cortina and after the minors leave at 10:00 the bikini contest and party will start.
Sunday March 15th 2009 we will have comps./ free rides until 5:00 and then will finish up with dinner at one of the local bars/ restaurants.
