Chasta Summits Mount Etna in Sicily
Continuing his efforts to push snowkiting and show the amazing potential of this sport, Chasta accompanied by videographer/photographer Boulgakow summited Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe. Delayed because of heavy snow and high-wind conditions, the journey started with a ferry ride from mainland Italy to the island of Sicily and ended on the fourth day with an epic session under blue skies to the summit (10,922 ft.). The video from the trip shows the beauty and amazing potential of this location for adventure kiting. This adventure was part of Chasta Days, Ozone Italy’s recent demo tour.
